We had a wind event claim on the roof of our home in Bradenton, Florida which resulted in the entire roof having to be replaced. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance carrier which absolutely refused to replace the roof. We retained Jenkins Law and filed a lawsuit in Manatee County Circuit Court. We participated in Mediation and were ultimately successful however the insurance company went into receivership. We then had to deal with the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association which would have been even more of a nightmare if we hadn't retained Jenkins Law. I'm an attorney with many years of experience in both public and private practice. I served as a First Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan and I'm now associated Of-Counsel with a private law firm in East Lansing, Michigan. I can say, without qualification, that Jenkins Law P.L. is one of the best Law firms I have ever dealt with.
